What a Week!

We've had a really interesting week. But it's turned out so well - if you don't count all the schoolwork we are behind on! As you can see here the kids tested for a new belt last night. This is their second belt and we hope they slow down because each of these belts/tests are breaking the bank! But we are proud of them.

GOOD NEWS!!!! Jon learned yesterday that his "early release" from the military has been granted and instead of getting out in September, we can say ADIOS to the AF the last week or so in May!!!!!!!!!!! Just a few more months and we are heading to Texas.

We went to the Boathouse to celebrate - too bad the food had to be sent back, Jonathan didn't eat at all, and we actually had to stiff our waitress. It's bad when you mistake the broiled shrimp you are eating for the SHELL that is on the shrimp. Here we are leaving the restaurant.


This video is of them playing "Steal the Bacon". Bree and Zane were paired up together and have to steal the "bacon" and get back to their spot in line without being tagged by their opponent. "Way to go, Zane!!!"

We were going to a superbowl party this weekend, but we've decided to stay in and catch up on homework. Plus, our westie, Belle, is sick. She's got an ear infection and severe allergies. $191.00 later we got her home with a ton of medication. They think it's seasonal since she is suddenly scratching, losing hair, and getting ear infections. I'll post more about Saturday(today) at the Mall/Arcade in a little while...but I need to start dinner!
