It has been FOREVER since I have posted. Since then, we have begun building a house, changed the kids schools, and are getting ready to finally get settled in a "permanent home". Today, I've spent perusing "Once a Month Mom's" - Once a Month Meals - Cook once a month and freeze. I already shop once a month so it's not a stretch to cook it all at once. It would save us a ton of money in groceries!!!
