Roadtrip - Austin, Tx

We had such a good time with Darla in Austin. We were there from Sunday night - Thursday afternoon. The kids loved Blake, their lab! Here is Braden at their neighborhood park.
Here is Darla's son, D. He slid down the slide like a big boy!
Me and Bree at the Park. Mommy's eyes were tired from travel, thus the glasses.
Here they are in the backyard playing with Blake. Darla played soccer with the kiddos too.

While I'm taking this picture, Braden decides to make a run for the road. Aunt Darla caught him!
He is so cute!! He is walking and just had his one year old birthday.
A little muddy from the soccer game. He got a little sensitive and tried to lay on the ball to keep it away. When you lay on the ball, you tend to get kicked. LOL. I don't think he's quite ready for soccer, but he had a good time when the ball was in his hands.
Here is Bree at the Children's Museum in Austin. It was really focused on their age group and had so many fun things to do!

We played alot outside with Blake. Thank you Aunt Darla for having us!

Moo!!!!!!!!!!! This was another exhibit from the Children's Museum.
Aunt Darla baked COOKIES with us! And let us play in flour, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, and all sorts of things.
I wore mommy out running for the road. It was more fun than the slide!

WE did such a good job helping Aunt Darla. We tasted everything, and even baked our little concoction to see what it would look and taste like. Flour was YUCKY!!! We even tasted a little corn syrup.
Aunt Darla is so cool! Even Braden got a little bowl of flour to play in.
Here is the ball pit at the Children's museum. It was supposed to represent red blood cells and if you look real hard you can find a few white bath puffs which represented White blood cells.
It was so fun. Braden was a bit scared of the balls at first.
The museum had a pretend kitchen. They cooked up a storm. All in all, it was such a fun trip and we love Aunt Darla for putting us up for so long. We hope we didn't get too crazy for her, and we miss her already.
