Yesterday, we got word that our district is shutting down until May 11th. We had one period to pass out letters, inform and lecture the kiddos about staying calm and staying inside during the time they are home. Then we all cleaned off our desks and shelves so health people could come in to sanitize the buildings.
I took home a TON of work so that when we return, my lessons are done, and all of my end-of-the-year reports and paperwork are done. I plan to get a ton of filing done so I don't have as much work to wrap up the year when we return. Now if I can just survive at home with 3 bored little kids who can't go anywhere!
